BLISS MOBIL

Freedom of Independence

Freedom of Independence

We have redefined independent travelling by introducing ‘truck-independent’ models, incorporating the unrivalled features and benefits of the container concept. The Bliss Mobil models are designed to fit all types of trucks. Their unique features make them truly different from any other expedition vehicles on the market.

20 foot unit

With a dry weight of 4.200kg and a length of 6.059mm, the unit will fit 6×6 trucks as well as 4×4 trucks with an extended frame. The 20 foot unit has the official dimensions of a DIN shipping container and can be placed one-on-one on any standard 20 foot container truck.  All 20 foot units are equipped with steel frames and 60mm composite walls with a PET core.

18 foot unit

With a dry weight of 3.800kg and a length of 5.400mm, it is suitable for both 6×6 as 4×4 trucks. All 18 foot units are equipped with our trademark steel frames and 60mm composite walls with a PET core.

16 foot unit

With a dry weight of 3.200kg and a length of 5.000mm, the unit is suitable for any 4×4 truck with a wheelbase of 3.800 to 4.200 mm. The 16 foot Bliss Mobil will be built with our all-new aluminium frame and 60mm composite walls with a PET core.

15 foot unit

With a dry weight of 2.750kg and a length of 4.700mm, the unit is suitable for any 4×4 truck with a wheelbase of 3.800-4.200mm. The 15 foot units are -depending on customer’s preference- equipped with a steel or aluminium frame and 60mm composite walls with a PET core.

13 foot unit

With a dry weight of 1.800kg and a length of 4.100mm, this size unit is suitable for any 4×4 truck with a wheelbase of 3.200 to 3.800mm. Since weight is key for any expedition vehicle, but especially for the more compact ones, all our future 13 foot units will have an aluminium frame and 60mm composite walls with a PET core.

11 foot unit

With a dry weight of just 1.650kg and a length of 3.358mm, the 11 foot unit is suitable for any 4×4 truck with a minimum wheelbase of 3.250mm. Depending on the truck, the overall weight will most likely end up below the 7.5 tons, making this a very compact, capable and nimble expedition vehicle for two. All 11 foot Units come with an aluminum frame and 60mm composite walls with a PET core.

First annual customer event by our Chinese authorised dealer

Felix Li and his team hosted the first annual party 2022 for their Chinese Bliss Mobil Customers. But this celebration was a bit different: The participants covered 1300 km of (off-road) driving at this party!

The (Smart) Lift

You already know our innovative motorbike carrier, which allows travellers to take various vehicles such as an (e)bike, motorbike or ATV (quad) with them on their journey. One of our customers had a brilliant idea that led to a very special wish: He wanted to take his SMART on an adventure.

Secondary (backup) transport for an expedition vehicle

Being mobile in all situations is a key factor while traveling. This can be in urban areas where expedition truck mobility sometimes is limited and you want to visit interesting parts of the city. But also while exploring off-road in remote areas, an additional means of transport is essential. In case of a broken or damaged basic vehicle, the availability of a replacement vehicle can be crucial to save your own life and get help in critical situations. An ATV/Quad, a motorbike or an (electric) bicycle can be your salvation if you are stuck with your expedition vehicle.

Exclusive expedition for our Bliss Mobil customer

Currently 5 Bliss Mobil vehicles and their owners are on an exclusive expedition through Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania and Kenya. Together with Overland Travel we organize journeys that take you off the beaten track with professional guidance and technical backup. The mission of Bliss Mobil has always been to support our clients by gaining their own experience and using their own vehicles.
