Work in progress: new developments at Bliss Mobil

Due to our standardised production process and well-oiled internal infrastructure, we are able to build multiple Bliss Mobil units simultaneously. These fully functional and very complete units are each built in one of our five workstations. Our CNC milling facility is the central point of the interior and furniture production line and this is where we produce the complete interior of any Bliss Mobil.
Due to the successes of our standardised Bliss Mobil units, we developed two new models! We present to you the redesigned 11 foot Lifting Top and the all new 16 foot.
11 foot Lifting Top
This Bliss Mobil, has the advantage of a lower point of gravity in comparison to the fixed bodies. The height of the unit in the closed position is only 1.700 mm and therefore it is very compact while driving, making it an ideal expedition unit for areas with reduced clearance heights. Due to the retractable roof, the Lifting Top also has an extremely low point of gravity when the roof is fully retracted.
Improvements and weight reductions have been made to the Aluminium frame with an ENAW 6082 T6 grade rating. With a dry weight of only 1.600 kg, this model is particularly suitable for vehicles with limited load carrying capacity like the Ford F550, Iveco Daily 4×4, Fuso Canter 4×4 or any alternative vehicle with a GVWR of less than 7.5 tons

16 foot unit
The production process of our first 16 foot Bliss Mobil has started as well. With a body length of 5.000 mm, this unit fits nicely on most 4×4 trucks. However, with the same height and width as the 18 and 20 foot Bliss Mobil bodies, this unit offers a a very spacious interior with a vast amount of living space and storage. This middle class model absolutely offers all the comforts of its larger siblings, while still being relatively compact.
We will build two 16 foot units in the next few months; one for a MAN TGM 18.340 and the other one will be placed on a Mercedes-Benz Zetros 1833, both trucks have a 4×4 axle configuration.
