New vehicle for an existing Bliss Mobil unit

For us, it goes without saying that the lifetime of the Bliss Mobil Unit exceeds that of the vehicle. We develop and design our units in such a way that they can be used for years, independently of the vehicle. Replacing the truck has become a straightforward operation over time, and thanks to the twist-lock attachment, the Bliss Mobil Unit can be treated like a container.

Unimog U4000 4×4

Our customers decided to exchange their Iveco Daily 4×4 for a Euro-5 Unimog U4000 4×4. The trigger was the Bliss Mobil Iceland Expedition in 2021, during this trip they realized that the Unimog meets their needs in a better way. The Iveco Daily was the ideal vehicle for their original travel plans, with moderate off-road travel. However, their desires and demands have changed over the years and when it comes to off-road capability, there is nothing better than the Unimog!

"Go Anywhere" truck

Since the vehicle change and related modification took place in our factory in Breda, the customer ordered some more accessories. One of the first modular carriers was mounted on the rear of the body. This carrier is lightweight and can carry a spare wheel and two (electric) bicycles. A batwing awning was also mounted on the carrier.

Of course, the Unimog received a customized Bliss Mobil subframe and improved rear suspension. An additional NATO plug was installed to safeguard the power supply between the truck and the body.
