The 13 foot High Bed Type 4 units have been prepared for multiple months in the African climate and come fully equipped for the upcoming journeys. Exciting trips with a small, select group, during which you can truly experience Freedom of Independence. Travelling off-road during the day through the beautiful nature of Namibia and Botswana and spending the evenings comfortably in the company of like-minded adventurers. A truly blissful feeling!
Unity, Liberty, Justice - Namibia
After a few weeks “on the water”, the trucks will arrive in Walvis Bay, Namibia where the first expedition will take place from the 11th to the 22nd of June. The other Namibia Expeditions will take place until the 9th of August.
Spread out over four different expeditions, you will experience a mix of adventures, consisting of driving on the beaches of Skeleton Coast to Damaraland in search of the black rhino. The wildlife adventure continues as we enter one of the largest national parks in Africa; Etosha National Park.
Through “the forgotten trails” we will drive to Spitzkoppe, one of Namibia’s most significant mountain peaks.
Let there be rain - Botswana
From August to October you can join the Bliss Mobil Rental Expedition to Botswana, a sparsely populated country with the world’s largest inland delta. The Botswana expedition starts in Maun and you can drive the all wheel drive truck around the Okavango delta. This paradise on earth has a huge selection of wildlife and vegetation that you will encounter nowhere else on the globe.
From this vast body of water we will drive to the Makgadikgadi pan where we will encounter endless miles of savannah, grasslands and salt flats. Because of the low vegetation during “dry season” there is a great chance for spotting wildlife. Expect to see a lot of migrating animals during your time in Botswana!
