Delivery of a 20 foot unit on a Arocs 3358A 6*6
This week we delivered a perfectly equipped 20 foot Unit – Low Bed on a matte black Mercedes Benz Arocs 3358 A 6×6.
The overlanding truck
The truck is particularly impressive due to its eye-catching matt black paintwork and the most powerful engine in the Arocs range. This Arocs 3358 A 6×6 has also been equipped with all available comfort options, such as leather upholstery and electric parking, air conditioning. The revised alternator generates 150 amps and enables the Bliss Mobil to be charged quickly while driving and in all weather conditions.
With a wheelbase of 4,200 mm, there is plenty of space between the axles for additional storage boxes and diesel tanks. The compact outdoor kitchen with the batwing awning with dimmable light makes it possible to stay outside – even in scorching heat.
“Your home is your castle “on 6 wheels
A 20 foot Unit – Low Bed comes with a very complete set of equipment and a lot of comfort as standard. A spacious, cozy fixed double bed is located in the rear part of the unit and offers sufficient overhead space above the bed for the head. The toilet and shower are separate and have been extended with a bidet set with hand shower and a folding sink. The bathroom door can also be used as a room divider in this layout.
The cosy U-shaped seating area has been covered with leather upholstery, which gives it a luxurious look and is easy to clean.
This Bliss mobile has been upgraded with further accessories: a water maker (120 litres per hour), a kitchen set, a clothes hanging system and protection against annoying bugs (mosquito net by the door and window) are among the other features.
On the outside, the motorbike carrier offers even more storage capacity and allows the transport of a spare tyre as well as another vehicle. The Bird View camera system and additional exterior lights increase safety and visibility off the beaten track.
Extra protection
For additional protection of the matt black paintwork, the sides of the vehicle and the driver’s cabin have been covered with a Paint Protection Film. The underside of the Bliss Mobil also received a sealant with a black rubber underbody protection.
Another special feature is the ladder to the roof rack, which can be stored between the driver’s cab and the unit and simply be extended for use. This ladder allows easy access to the roof rack. A safety harness protects against a fall from the ladder.
