The first Swiss customer event was a great success!

Our authorized dealer in Switzerland, PureXploring, organized the first Swiss customer event last weekend and it turned out to be a successful weekend. Switzerland has always played a significant role for Bliss Mobil and it was a great pleasure to be part of this event. An impressive line-up of Bliss Mobil trucks was on site and we had the pleasure of welcoming a dozen Swiss customers in a wonderful setting at the EBIANUM Baggermuseum. After a guided tour through the museum and an Apéro, a typical Swiss tradition that provided ample time to get to know each other and exchange experiences, we headed to the event site. The owners of the EBIANUM Museum made their nearby gravel plant available to us for the event – for the night and also for the workshops.
The programme
Our evening started with a delicious barbecue in an idyllically located forest cabin. Marleen Hoex, CEO of Bliss Mobil, welcomed us and shared her thoughts and views with the Swiss Bliss community. The next day, we continued after breakfast and received information about the latest developments at Bliss Mobil: The Babbels-App. This app was developed to serve as a central communication platform between Bliss Mobil and its customers. Babbels covers everything from descriptions of systems and parts to videos with instructions for maintenance to a customer service application that allows requests and orders for spare parts. The Babbels-App will serve as a multilingual platform for sharing information between Bliss Mobil and its customers and the Bliss client-community.
After that, we could finally get our hands dirty. During the workshop, we were taught how to change a tire on a split rim off-road and how to recover ourselves with the help of lifting bags.
PureXploring our partner in Switzerland
PureXploring did a great job by organising this special event. The mission of our Swiss distributor is to guide customers in Switzerland throughout the entire project to realize their dream of owning a Bliss Mobil: planning, configuration, construction process and delivery. But that is not all. PureXploring supports its customers throughout the life of their Bliss Mobil with service, maintenance and support in Switzerland, as well as training and workshops to ensure they are ready for their journeys of discovery.
Conclusion
After a final Apéro and a few photos, the days were recapped, and our clients unanimously expressed their wish to meet again. A Swiss Bliss Mobil client WhatsApp group was also set up to keep in touch and share information. Without exaggerating, we can say that after these wonderful 1 ½ days, the Swiss Bliss Mobil customer community has been constituted and is alive. We are grateful for our Swiss customer community and their positive feedback. It is wonderful to witness how our Swiss community is growing and “blooming”.
