Bliss Mobil has delivered another 16-foot expedition unit to a returning customer, marking the fourth unit we have built for them. This unit is mounted on a Mercedes-Benz Arocs 1846 4×4, making it a perfect combination for off-road adventures and long-distance overlanding. With its new interior layout, this model has officially become the 16-foot designed to maximize comfort and usability for families and travelers who want both practicality and style.

Fully Equipped Interior for Family Overlanding

The most noticeable feature of this unit is the combined shower and toilet, located on the entrance side next to the bunk bed. This layout, inspired by the 13-foot, frees up space for a cabinet next to the bathroom for storage and organization. The bathroom also includes a folding sink with mirror and a towel heater to keep towels warm and add comfort on long trips.

Features and Off-Road Upgrades

Inside, the unit features a wall-mounted washing machine next to the kitchen and sliding doors by the bed to provide privacy. The electrical system is upgraded with an additional Victron lithium battery pack for extra battery capacity. A Starlink High Performance antenna ensures internet connectivity even in the most remote locations.

For outdoor convenience, a movable magnetic mosquito net protects the front entrance while a windscreen on an airline rail allows a fabric shelter to block wind while sitting outside. On top, a roof rack with two LED light bars enhances visibility and carrying capacity, while additional exterior lights on the left side make it convenient when sitting outside at night.

The unit also includes a motorbike carrier in aluminum with a winch, with the option to replace it with a bicycle kit for two bikes, giving flexibility for outdoor enthusiasts. The torsion-free subframe ensures stability on rough terrain, and the underside protective coating adds durability for serious off-road conditions.
