Standardised Production Process

Our production philosophy is driven by the engineered standardised concept.

Our product development engineers complete a 3D model for every project. This includes all purchase parts as well as the internal production parts; it also includes the necessary technical specifications for producing parts in-house, using our two CNC milling machines. Not just the wooden interior is CNC manufactured in-house, but also the aluminium parts and plastics are our own productions.

The planning and production of each project is divided into standard production phases with quality checks and testing taking place throughout the build phases.

The 3D-design forms the basis for generation of the Bill of Materials (BOM), driving our internal logistic processes such as stock control and purchasing.

Due to this standardisation and the integrated ERP automation in our company, we have full product-tracking as part of an optimised, logistical process, guaranteeing a short production time for any Bliss Mobil size.

In-house manufacturing enables us to maintain flexibility on the one hand, whilst ensuring short delivery times and a guaranteed constant quality on the other.

Tested and approved new parts and developments are directly implemented into the standard equipment of a Bliss Mobil, enhancing the ambition to strive for continuous improvement, by efficiently translating ideas into concrete product developments.
