Because almost all appliances are connected and controlled by the domotics system you are able to obtain all kinds of useful information. More importantly, when programmed, the domotic system is able to activate/de-activate functionalities accordingly.
A few examples:
When a leak is detected by one of the water sensors the water system will automatically shut down.
While driving, the truck’s alternator charges the batteries. To make efficient use of the abundance of energy when the batteries are fully charged, the system can automatically switch on the boiler.
We also enabled the domotic system to automatically switch on/off the inverter. Especially at night, when no 230V devices are used, not having your inverter permanently switched on will save energy.
